it then begins, a 6-day tour that covers a mileage of over 600km ... ... ...
day 1 and 2, ipoh mali! famous nga choy kai, dim sums, tau fu fah, tau sah piah, white coffee, curry laksa, tai shu geok ice blended red beans, fried stuffing. it's a food paradise! oh we watched spiderman too, just for the sake of killing time before grabbing our next bowl :P
day 3, kampar! teh-c with a mix of two type of milk, "beng dai won", chicken in the bread, char kuey teow, hand made laksa noodles, chee cheong fun, and the very special brown glutinous rice with groundnuts and char shiu hehe. been to lata kinjang waterfall too! fun time :))
day 3, evening. stayed in subang for a night so to revitalize ourselves after coming back from perak and before heading to pahang. snowflakes best seller, japan combo and ocha ryo for hi-tea with movies while mentari nihonkai for dinner yay! spent the night chilling on the couch and watch the latest tvb dramas. life was soooooo goooood ;)
day 4 and 5, pahang! my place for dinner, and head out the next day to raub. daddy's roast duck, mommy's yong tau fu, bu kee hand made wan tan noodles, my favorite soya, ratha curry fish head with roti canai (yes i made vinnie lee had CURRY FISH HEAD FOR LUNCH! achievement unlocked :D), kam wah cheese tarts siew pao and egg tarts, sempalit's longan ice teehee! and we went hunting for all the big gorgeous houses around the different housing areas haha!
day 6, lipis, raub and bentong! hakka mee for breakfast together with the dumplings and wan tan, followed by our crazy timer jump shots at the creepy red rest house. stopped by the famous sempalit kacangsss for the girls to grab some groundnuts for uncles, and bentong kow po ice kacang to serve as our lunch. the last stop otw back to kl.
twas a journey of three girls, from three different family background,
driving across three states, staying in three different houses, that was
our trip, our long delayed road trip.
