this is a life-changing experience it definitely is :) joined the Project E.P.I.C. 2 for a charity event out at an Orang Asli Village in Kuala Kubu Baru. before i tell you how great it was, lemme show you what is E.P.I.C. :) E mbracing people without discrimination P ride without arrogance I ntegrity in all that we do say and think C ommitted compassion to all i am so glad that i was there that night when Madeline told us about this project, and subsequently signed up for it. the team works, the people, the sweats and sunburns. we really walked into the life of the orang asli there. those conversations we had, those happy faces of the kids, those acceptance of the residents :) the situation was actually much better than what i had anticipated. they are somehow more literate, more civilized than how i once thought orang asli's lives were. however there's not much brick houses there. most of them built their own house by wood...
i read this in an article before. people do make mistake. you and i. we all did. learn to forgive, cuz most of the time, people deserve a second chance. i tried my best for it, most of the time. but not this time, not anymore. my roommate, the one i been pissing off with always. she has this habit of locking the door all the time, although we been telling her to not do so cuz we don't bring our key inside the house. like seriously who goes to toilet or go shower with your key when you are inside your own house? i remember the first incident. it wasn't the first time she locked me out, but the first time she locked and went out from the house. cool. lucky enough that Tiffany was there, so i borrowed her phone to call her to come back and open the door. imagine she came back and open the door after like quarter of an hour and there's no sign of sorry in her face. i was really pissed. had a conversation with her after that to remind her to check around before locking the door,...
Heading home for granma birthday and the mid-autumn celebration on Saturday, and you have to admit that it was really awesome. =) Supposingly I should be out at the mamak for the night with my old friends for gathering, but he ffk me. LOL but nyways I'm glad that he did, if not I won't be able to join the great night. =) RuiLin came to my house around 8++, the earliest one to reach, and he was supposingly be at the mamak too for his gathering, but then it was cancelled as well. Haha all dates are cancelled. The atmosphere got heated up when couziesss came, of course with the kids. Seeing them is the best part. When there are kids around there will definitely be lotsa laughters, and sometimes some cries too, but it doesn't matter. Kids are absolutely CUTE!!! =) Couziess brought along lotsa candles and lanterns, and they decorated the plants along the wall with them. Look so nice right!! =) Some games event for the night, and the kids were so enjoy playing, me Pey gor and Rui...
