took a weekend off to go home, the place where i love the most, and the place where i found most love. a place where i belong, where i can just be the lil princess i want, been spoiled by mama and papa jie jies and gor. it was mama's birthday, and papa decided to have a simple dinner at the new secret recipe branch at raub although mama said she wants a simple dinner at home. oh well, the man always got the say in the end (wait that's only in papa and mama's situation lol) so yeah whatever, in the end there we are. :p papa's grilled black pepper chicken with rice :) pan grilled dory fish. mama's :) caribbean style fish fillets. mine and kc's :) chicken cordon bleu. jianxin's :) cappuccino! nope wasn't mine this time. papa's order instead :) my beverage for the night - grapetiser. new love found :) went for a random family shopping after dinner. that moment was purely joyous. i can just nag nag nag and grab grab grab whatever i want, without even chec...

It's the day of solstice. Woah Happy Winter Solstice everyone! Had fun rolling some glutinous rice ball just now, some special one. Days are getting colder. It's always good to have something warm in hand. So comforting! ^^

Anyone craving for Siew Pao?? There you go~ Kee Mee (or Kee Mei??) Siew Pao, the very famous Seremban Siew Pao. The meat fillings, either chicken or pork (I prefer the pork one) and the slightly scorched skin (which make it crispy!!). Not to forget the white sesames that sprinkled around the tip of the Siew Pao. Mouth watering? Faster go and get yours!! Best serve when hot too, but I usually keep it overnight to become my breakfast the next day. =) Oh ya I forgot to tell, I bought it from the Rock Cafe which we Sunway-ians called it Medan. There is a little stall (or a branch??) there. Get yourself there earlier!! It's hot sale items!!! Siew Pao~~~~~

A very common-seen Malay kuih made of glutinous rice with finely grated coconut. There is two type of Koci, the White and the Black. One gives the salty taste, while the later one taste sweet. It can be found along all those Malay hawker stalls together with CurryPup Pisang Goreng Kuih Baulu and so on. Well I prefer the Black Koci more than the White one because the black glutinous paste isn't that sticky as compared to the white paste. Oh ya best serve when hot!! But be careful ya!! =)

A chinese traditional food that I like so much. The taste of Yam. Oh I just can't resist it. Bites of Yam together with the cakes made by rice powder, the chewy bite, the dried prawns that fried with onions, and the little spicy sweet sauce. Bravo~ Daddy bought this for me as breakfast. I'm really so thankful for that. It's kinda difficult for me to find it out in Sunway area here. Maybe there is, but then I don't know where to get it, and not to forget I'm very talented in getting lost to direction.... Anyway still in my progress searching for more nice cheap and yummy food. =)

Again I went to KC's place for the weekend and came back on Monday, 'cause Monday is holiday!!! ^^ Nothing much to elaborate, just a random rest at the house, really relaxing, and enjoying the bed. =P Planned to cut my hair, but the plan failed. LOL I was just too lazy to think what hair style should I change, and I feel myself so broke after paying the hostel fee. =( So, until I make the decision (and save some money as well), just forget about the hair cut. we made ourselves Cheese Macaroni for the dinner on Friday and I swear the horns wasn't my idea!!!!!! =P Oh ya KC brought me to his classmates house on Friday @ Serdang to get the Pro-E CD, and the gang are really fun. And so, I got a new "Dai Lou" now. LOL don't think it really works, at least not for me. Silly gang, funny gang. Having classmates of this kind during Uni is definitely fun. Wish I got a gang like that too.......

As what I mentioned in the last post, I went KC place for the weekend, and it was undeniedably fun, or shall I say crazy?? LOL We went to Jusco Cheras Selatan for shopping. Shop for what? Hmm you wouldn't believe this. We shoped for all those kitchen utensils and food, and even lamp and books. Hmm what were we trying to do with that huhh?? Yea you're right. We were trying to make the house a HOME !!! And well we did had some perfect meals, according to my view. We went for the Laksa Shack for our late lunch for Friday, and that was the only meal that we took outside. the NYONYA LAKSA at Laksa Shack Oh ya not to forget I get myself Takoyaki for the day too!!! Heeee..... I still prefer the Takoyaki sold at Asean Avenue.. LOL And there we go, the start of the crazy weekend, with loads of food. XD First come the RED BEAN SOUP jianqin special-made sandwich side view and the soup for the day ABC soup, my favourite =) There should be many more to go, but that's all for now, should...
